These terms apply to use of www.windsweptfibres.com and to purchases from Windswept Fibres, operated by Pamela Hynes in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. Using the site or placing an order means you agree to these terms.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. I may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if there is an error in price or description, or if I cannot fulfill it.
Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). GST/HST is added at checkout on Canadian orders, where it applies.
Online payment is processed by Square. You may pay by a supported credit card or a Square Gift Card.
Wholesale is not offered through this website.
Yarn
Yarn is hand dyed in small batches in Newfoundland. Colour and dye-lot variation from photographs or from a later purchase is expected and is not a defect. “Hand dyed in Newfoundland” refers to the dyeing, not the origin of the fibre.
Custom-dyed yarn is not returnable except as described on Returns and Exchanges.
Shipping, Pickup, and Returns
I ship to Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia only. Rates, tracking, duties, pickup, and lost parcels are described on Shipping Information. I am not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been transferred to the carrier.

Intellectual Property
Colourway names, photographs, and the content of this website belong to Windswept Fibres unless otherwise noted. You may not copy them for commercial use without permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Windswept Fibres is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or from an order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada.
